Upon clinical and radiographic examination, the posterior ridge was severely resorbed. Thus, the All-On-Four concept was indicated for this case. A CAD-CAM surgical guide was digitally designed and constructed in order to perform computer guided 4 implant placement using flapless surgical technique. A treatment plan is set to restore esthetics without affecting the function. Regarding the patient chief complain, the treatment plan started with periodontal therapy (scaling & polishing) followed by conservative therapy anteriorly then posteriorly. He had multiple spacing & teeth discoloration. The treatment Plan included scaling & polishing, motivational mockup was made. Then Crown lengthening to modify zenith point according to mockup. Teeth were prepared for guided veneers for the 6 anterior teeth and 1st premolars. We managed to get her smile and confidence to the highest level in time and we delivered before her wedding day leaving her highly satisfied and confident. To achieve that we had to do a series of treatment for her inflamed gingiva by scaling and polishing then as a part of our smile design we decided to do a simple gingivectomy procedure before preparing her teeth and delivering the final smile with e-max crown and veneersItem Esthetic Rehabilitation with Smile Design(October university for modern sciences and arts, 2019) Mohammed, Dina AshrafA young lady came to our clinic complaining from esthetic problem due to failed orthodontic treatment. Upon examination, patient had gummy smile and necrotic pulp in upper left central. She refused orthodontic retreatment as we had to finish her treatment plan within one month before her wedding. So we started immediately with scaling and polishing then Root Canal Treatment in the upper left central incisor. So we did supra-gingival and sub-gingival scaling and polishing first, then endodontic treatment for the pulp- involved teeth, operative treatment for carious teeth, and finally, restoring the missing teeth with fixed bridges. The lower arch has a free end saddle so will be restored by removable denture. The main problem with this case was the oral hygiene and how to guide the patient to improve it.Item FULL MOUTH REHABILITATION AND ESTHETIC RESTORATION OF SEVERLY MUTILATED TEETH(October University of Modern Sciences and Arts, 2019) Ayman Kamal, Nehal; Fathy, Yasmin; Hossam, MennatallahA 30 years old male patient came to MSA clinics with bad oral hygiene, badly decayed teeth and remaining root .A treatment plan was set to restore function and esthetics. The treatment plan started with periodontal and surgical therapy, followed by conservative therapy to restore vital teeth with Glass-ionomer to enhance oral hygiene. Then, endodontic therapy for non-vital teeth followed by fiber posts and cores to re-build badly decayed teeth, Then PMMA crowns were used for the try-in that showed canting in upper anterior teeth. So, a face-bow record is re-taken and Then, Teeth received zirconia crowns as final restoration.Item Full Mouth Rehabilitation of Severely Mutilated Teeth for a Periodontally Compromised Patient(October University of Modern Sciences and Arts, 2019) Mostafa Abdelmoneam, Noha; Samir Ali El Elwani, Sara; Al-Hussein Ghoneim, SalmaA 40 year old patient with bad oral hygiene and severely destructed teeth complained from pain and loss of function and esthetics. The case was challenging from the very beginning due to the periodontal condition which resulted in severe bone loss especially in the upper posterior area bilaterally. After a thorough periodontal assessment and reviewing the CBCT, the hopeless and diseased teeth were removed and a strict oral hygiene regimen was followed to turn the patient into a stable periodontal condition. Restoration of decayed teeth and replacement of the missing ones followed the stabilization of the periodontium. The outcome exceeded the expectations. The treatment improved the patient's quality of life psychologically and functionally.Item Full Mouth Rehabiloitation Using Digital Peek Framework(October University of Modern Sciences and Arts, 2019) Abdulhadi M Jaber, Rahaf; Hisham Samra, Zeyad; Tareq El- Sayed, MariamRestoration of maxillary and mandibular arches with severe attrition and few remaining teeth in 51 years old patient using peek material. Challenges faced were mainly loss of the vertical dimension, severe attrition, no bite and few remaining teeth. Treatment plan: Scaling and polishing, multiple endodontic treatments, extraction of non-restorable teeth, restorative procedures, fixed and removable prosthesis. The outcome was mainly restoration of the bite, VD and esthetics.Item Restoring aesthetics for a generalized rampant caries case(October University of Modern Sciences and Arts, 2019) Ahmed Ibrahim, Nada; Mai, Abd El Aziz Sedeek; Abeer, Khaled Nasreldin; Elkady, HossamA 26 year old patient presented with multiple class III caries (proximal surfaces of upper anteriors not including the incisal edges), multiple class V caries in all upper anterior teeth and 1st premolars bilaterally and lower canines and premolars bilaterally as well as lower left 6, multiple class I cavities in lower right 7,8, upper right 4,5, upper left 4, with external stains due to drinking lots of coffee and internal stains due to enamel hypo- calcification, occlusal wear in upper right canine and 1st premolar, missing lower right 6, missing upper left 5 with closure of the space due to tilting of upper left 4 and upper left 6, patient was also presented with slight open bite and upon radiographic examination we found exposed lower left 5, 6, and upper right 6 and 8.
