Full Mouth Rehabiloitation Using Digital Peek Framework

Abstract

Restoration of maxillary and mandibular arches with severe attrition and few remaining teeth in 51 years old patient using peek material. Challenges faced were mainly loss of the vertical dimension, severe attrition, no bite and few remaining teeth. Treatment plan: Scaling and polishing, multiple endodontic treatments, extraction of non-restorable teeth, restorative procedures, fixed and removable prosthesis. The outcome was mainly restoration of the bite, VD and esthetics.
