Esthetic Rehabilitation with Smile Design

Abstract

A young lady came to our clinic complaining from esthetic problem due to failed orthodontic treatment. Upon examination, patient had gummy smile and necrotic pulp in upper left central. She refused orthodontic retreatment as we had to finish her treatment plan within one month before her wedding. So we started immediately with scaling and polishing then Root Canal Treatment in the upper left central incisor. Finally, veneer preparation and cementation was performed.
