Abstract

The patient came to operative clinic seeking esthetic problem , subsequently suitable treatment plan was performed as following: 1) supra-gingival and sub-gingival Scaling, polishing and oral hygiene instructions. 2) Surgical extraction of the remaining root of the upper right canine. 3) Restoration of cervical caries in lower right and left 4. 4) Restoration of caries in lower left 8, upper right and left lateral incisors, upper right central incisor, upper left canine, and upper right and left 4. 5) Bilateral endo-treatment of lower left and right 6.
