| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study is to determine a method validation for the presence of tetracycline antibiotics (Tetracycline (TC), Oxytetracycline (OTC), Chlortetracycline (CTC) and Doxycycline (DOC) in liver tissue of buffalo. LC-MS/MS was used for determination of tetracycline antibiotic residues. Separation was carried out by with electrospray ionization (ESI) in positive -ion mode using mobile phase at a flow rate of 400 ml/min and injection volume 5 ul.
