Item Investigating the impact of Adopting AI Technologies on Employees Creativity: The Moderating Role of Technology Readiness "An Empirical Study using technology acceptance model (TAM)(October University for Modern Sciences and Arts, 2024) Mohamed Abdel Monsef, MarwaPurpose – The goal of the study is to find out how implementing AI technologies affects workers' creative thinking, with a focus on the moderating effect of technological readiness. The study makes use of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to investigate how employee attitudes towards AI adoption and the resulting boost of creativity are influenced by perceived usefulness and ease of use. Methodology- A mixed-methods strategy is used in this study. First insights were obtained by gathering secondary data from pertinent articles. Employee and expert interviews were used in addition to responses of an 89-person survey to gather primary data. Both SPSS and Smart PLS (SPLS) were used to analyse the data. The study uses a positivist paradigm, presuming that there is only one objective reality. Findings- According to preliminary research, AI technologies can greatly improve worker creativity, especially when workers are prepared to accept new technology. The employees' technological preparedness, which affects how easy and valuable they perceive AI tools to be, moderates the success of AI adoption. Implications- The study highlights the importance of preparing staff members for the adoption of technology to maximize the creative benefits of AI technologies. Employers should make it a priority to provide staff with training and create a supportive environment to help them become proficient in technology. This preparedness can lead to greater innovation and productivity within the organization.
