Hospitality industry operates their businesses in an increasingly changeable and unpredictable environment, where competition assumes a global scale; that requires the generation of new ideas, tools and methods. In this paper we propose a model to help hotels measure and evaluate the performance of their supply chains components. Applying both tangible and intangible assets measurements and also measuring supply chain components performance internally and externally. The proposed model develops an enhancement for maximizing shareholders value creation through measuring and evaluating the supply chain components performance, targeting customers’ satisfaction.en_US
