Item 1…2…3(October University of Modern Sciences and Arts, 2018) El Nakoury, NourAn experimental feature documentary depicting the mystery of obsessive compulsive disorder patient. The documentary focuses on the self-perspective angle, with an attempt to visualize what would be inside the patient's own mind how they see themselves, and everything else around them. Through a high order set of visuals, light and image control the director successfully sets the desired atmosphere capturing both the informative and emotional sides of the topicItem Item 3D PLANNING OF IMPLANT PLACEMENT AND SURGICAL GUIDE FABRICATION(October university for modern sciences and arts, 2018) Abd El Fattah, Osama; Helmy, MarioThe 3D technology has become an effective tool in the field of dentistry. The aim of this project was to assess the use of 3D virtual planning and 3D printing for the rehabilitation of edentulous mandible by dental implants. By the aid of Blue Sky Bio software, the pre-operative 3D virtual planning was performed. The surgical plan was to place 8 dental implants in the edentulous mandible to support a fixed prosthesis. A surgical guide was virtually constructed according to the pre-operative planning, printed, and sterilized to be used in the surgeryItem 3D Reconstruction of Multi-View Flat Sketches(MSA university Faculty of Computer Science, 2020) Hussein, Ahmed FayezWe propose and implement a system for 3D reconstruction of flat sketches. Our system takes two sketches of two views of the shape as an input and outputs 12 corresponding multi view images with normal and depths maps. Architecture of the system is composed of two components which are Generator and Discriminator. Generator is responsible for generating the 12 images from the sketches while discriminator’s objective is to fake images generated from generator and real images which are the targets. Generator succeed when it manages to fool discriminator into classifying generated images as real ones. Generating images is accomplished through two steps: (i) encoder which convert input sketches into a feature map representation, and (ii) decoder which map this feature representation into images. Discriminator is a linear classification convolutional network which classifies images as real or fake. Our system produced nearly perfect multi-view images from detailed and undetailed synthetic sketches, and from hand-drawn sketches.Item 3D shoes model angle tracing using deep learning(MSA university Faculty of Computer Science, 2020) emad abbas taghayan, khaledIn this days online shopping is playing a big role in our world as it is more easy to buy things online with using any device the connects to the internet and in any place without spending a lot of time in moving from one place to another also you can buy thing online from any place around the world but one major problem in the online shopping is testing the clothes before you buy how can this be possible with using only your phone , that’s what our project was aiming for to help the process of testing the cloth which in our case we tried testing shoes in your place only by using a camera we were able to develop a two deep learning model the first one is able to detect if there was a shoes in an image or not and the other model is able to trace the shoes angle from an image the study included a data of 300 images was collecting by taking photos of different shoes types from different angles and different leg angles also in order to use It in a deep learning we had to do some augmentation on the data to make it larger so we reached the number of 1500 image then the data was divided to train and test , the CNN model was trained to learn the different angles of the shoes image to have the best accuracy , the trained model was evaluated by getting the angles that the model outputs and put it on a unity program to that tests the angle on a 3D shoes model to see if it rotates the same angle as the image or not , the results we got for the final model showed that the model can trace the shoes angle from an image with accuracy equals to 75.3% which is a good result considering the number od data that we got the model can help in the future to be connected to a AR application to trace the angles automaticallyItem 3D VIRTUAL PLANNING IN ORTHOGNATHIC SURGERY(October University for Modern Sciences and Arts, 2018) Saleh, Mohammed Chehata, Ingy Sherif, Momen Soliman, Ahmed3D virtual planning (VP) has become an effective diagnostic tool in orthognathic surgery. The movement of those electrons from one element to other leads to the generation of electricity by a reaction called redox reaction. There are three main electrochemical methods including voltammetry, conductometry and potentiometry. Voltammetry is considered to be an approach of the electrochemical methods used in the analytical chemistry as it shows a lot of information about the analyte by measuring the relationship between voltage, current and time that arise in the cell. This cell consists of three electrodes which are counter electrode, working electrode and references electrode. There are many types of voltammetry that are classified according to the change in potential such as linear sweep voltammetry, staircase voltammetry, normal pulse voltammetry, deferential pulse voltammetry, square wave voltammetry and stripping voltammetry. Moreover, screen printed electrode is a modified type of carbon paste electrode. It is an appropriate technique because no complex or expensive tools are required, and printer operations are quick and fast. It was used for the determination of penciclovir and entecavir. The stock standard solutions of both drugs were prepared of concentration (1.0×10 −3 M). acetate buffer, phosphate buffer and working electrode were also prepared. Positive increase in the electric current by increasing the voltage was found which indicated the oxidation process for both penciclovir and entecavir. After the determination of optimization factors, it was found that penciclovir followed diffusion phenomena. While entecavir was found to follow adsorption with diffusion phenomena. Furthermore, the most suitable pH for the determination of penciclovir and entecavir were found to be 5 and 8 respectively where the highest current occurred. Carbon Paste Electrode (CPE) was constructed to optimize the voltametric determination of both drugs. The test of three screen printed electrodes were done in order to test for the analysis of both drugs which are screen-printed multi-walled carbon nanotube electrode (SMWCNTE), Screen-printed Nano Platine Electrode (SNPE) and Screen-printed Nano Gold Electrode (SNGE).Item Advanced Extraction Protocol(s) for Analysis of Selected Antiviral Drug(s) (Entecavir).(October university for modern sciences and arts, 2022) Yaser, Ahmed; Alaaeldin, Hosam; Saber, Mahetab Osama; Eissa, Mennaallah MohamedEntecavir (ENT) which have a structure that contain a guanosine nucleoside analog, is used as antiviral medication because of it is selectivity toward the chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) that will inhibit it. A shift or earlier combination of lamivudine with ENT will result less resistance, comparable safety and more successful viral suppression compared to monotherapy, according to a clinical guideline. Additionally, there are several ways that ENT might degrade. Therefore, it is crucial to prepare certain materials to extracting the ENT. Molecular imprinting polymers (MIP) were created for this use through precipitation polymerization using the non-covalent method. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) was used to characterise the polymer. The TEM results showed that polymer particles have a spherical shape and homogeneous size. Studies on ENT degradation by oxidation, basic and acidic force were performed. The stated drug, including its co-administered medication (lamivudine), and its breakdown products, were extracted from spiked plasma of human using the MIP. Using a recently developed HPLC technique that used a C18 column, gradient elution from the mobile phase made up of 0.1 percent phosphoric acid (H3PO4) in water : methanol with such flow rate of 1 ml/min, and UV absorbance around 254 nm, all eluents were examined. Forced degradation experiments were used to demonstrate the method's specificity as well as stability-indicating capacity. When MIP's selectivity was compared to that of ENT itself and degradation products, the difference was highly noticeable. Additionally, ENT was effectively extracted out from spiked plasma of human using MIP like an extractant, with such recovery rate of 88.32%Item Advanced Extraction Protocol(s) for Analysis of Selected Antiviral Drug(s) (Entecavir).(RSPAC2.4)(October University for Modern Sciences and Arts, 2024) Yaser, Ahmed; Alaaeldin, Hosam; Saber, Mahetab Osama; Eissa, Mennaallah MohamedAbstract : Entecavir (ENT) which have a structure that contain a guanosine nucleoside analog, is used as antiviral medication because of it is selectivity toward the chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) that will inhibit it. Where the Egyptian people lack knowledge about the disease in terms of causes, consequences and treatments. Therefore, our campaign will aim to increase awareness about the disease in order to decrease the prejudice acts that Vitiligo patients witness in their life. Our primary research concluded that people in Egypt lack knowledge about Vitiligo; it is reflected in their attitude, where they are afraid to shake hands or to hold anything from their hands, as they think that the disease might be contagious. Our campaign clearly informed the target audience that Vitiligo is not contagious and they cause no harm to any, this is done through informative messages that had been delivered throughout our campaign’s executions. The informative messages helps in educating the target audience where accordingly, it would result in behavior change where this is our campaign’s goal. Moreover, we used various integrated marketing communication tools that effectively reaches the target audience, in where they are located, the objective is to increase awareness among 40% of the youth and young mothers about the causes, consequences and the misperceptions towards Vitiligo patients from 1st of June till 30th of September through IMC activities. Our campaign was entitled “Vitiligo”, as this is the disease’s name, as per our primary research, we concluded that people lack knowledge about the disease’s name, they know that the it is white patches that appears on the skin without knowing the name hence, the campaign was entitled by its name for further education. We hope to influence the youth and young mother in real life, through visualizing the journey of Vitiligo patients in real life which will be posted on social media and billboards. Where we aimed to change peoples’ perception towards Vitiligo and maintain an equal life for them.Item AI Music Composer Using Machine Learning Technology(October University of Modern Sciences and Arts, 2019) George Farouk, DavidCan a machine create a piece of art or have an artistic sense like humans? This is a debatable and we can’t state a fixed answer to it. Because to humans, artistic sense may be subjective and by subjective I mean that people may say “yes this piece of music is good” while others may say “No this piece of music is bad”. So it is challenging to create a computer model that can be artistic to a sense that can be favored by most people. This project is talking about Machine learning model that can compose music on its own by training from a musical dataset and the final outcome will be a piece of unique good music. However, keep in mind that good music is subjective. So the question is can AI compose music as well as human can? That what we will try to achieve in this project. How will we approach my project? we will start by studying machine learning and deep neural network beside learning the basic knowledge of tenser flow and python programming and follow my supervisor instruction. The expected outcome will be different music from our own dataset that will be learned through the model we built. ستكون النتيجة المتوقعة هي موسيقى مختلفة عن مجموعة البيانات الخاصة بنا والتي سيتم تعلمها من خلالItem AI-Based Early Lung Cancer Diagnostic Framework(MSA, 2022) Khaled Mohamed Kamal Elborai, Zeina; Mostafa Abdelmoniem Mostafa, ElhamDue to the limitations of human vision, it is simple for radiologists to miss small malignant tumors. At the initial screening, up to 35% of lung nodules are missed. Deep-learning systems understand what a tumor is from real-world instances rather than searching for tumor features that a programmer has predefined in advance. Researchers provide the systems with a huge data set made up of lung CT scans of thousands of individuals, some of whom had cancer and others of whom did. The ability of the computers to identify between lung tumors and benign increases with the number of training scans they have seen. And they perform this task more precisely than earlier, non-AI systems.Item “Air to Water Generation System”(MSA, 2022) Hani Abdelhamed Al Hawary, Ahmed; Hamdy Moustafa Abdelaziz, KareemWater is the foundation of life; all living beings depend on water to survive. Water is an essential and basic need for all creatures aside from food and air. Water covers approximately 70% of earth’s surface while only about 3% of it is clean and pure water that which is used in drinking and completing the daily duties. However, about 67% of that fresh water is not available for our use because it is enclosed in frozen glaciers. Water shortage is an emerging global crisis that faces our planet. According to the UN World Water Development report states that 2.3 billions of people live in countries which suffer from water shortage, 733 millions of these people live in high and serious countries that are suffering from water shortage (UN-Water 2021). Approximately 1% per year is increased in the global demand of water, because of number of reasons such as climate change, the growth of population, changing consumption patterns and economic development. Not only change of climate, but also human factors are growingly preventing children from having their right to pure water. UNICEF stated that in 2040, about 1 of 4 children around the world will live in areas of extreme high-water shortage. Furthermore, Traditional water supplies from surface and groundwater cannot meet the needs of freshwater. Improving water distribution efficiency and saving water are important, but they are rarely adequate to ensure that enterprises, families, and industry have enough water. Many people have been captivated by the idea of capturing dew to supplement low water resources across history. The atmosphere contains a large amount of water in the form of moisture. This water in the atmosphere can be extracted by introducing equipment such as an atmospheric water generator (AWG). A standard cooling condensation-type AWG uses a fan to pump filtered air through the coil of the evaporator and uses the vapor compression refrigeration cycle. When the air temperature falls below the dew point, water vapor in the condense. These AWGs provide potable water and require energy to operate. In this report, our project goal is designing and making a prototype of an atmospheric water generator (AWG). This is a device which can produce potable water from humid air with great attention on energy efficiency. هو جهاز ينتج المياه الصالحة للشرب من الهواء الرطب مع الاهتمام الكبير بكفاءة الطاقةItem [Aircraft Ground Equipment Central Monitor and Control System](MSA, 2022) Zakaria, Hussein; Ayman, FadyIn order to maintain turnaround time (time needed for loading, unloading, and servicing an aircraft), and increase the efficiency of aircraft ground handling, the proposed system aims to: a) Track the ground support equipment in a real-time and high-accuracy positioning. b) Navigate the ground support equipment from its source location to the desired location. c) Monitor the ground support equipment by using various sensors to collect accurate data and send it to the remote server periodically. Firstly, in brief, we developed a tracking system device in a real-time and high-accuracy manner consisting of one Global Positioning Satellites System (GPS) unit to track all types of GSE such as: tractors, baggage transit train, and dollies. Secondly, a turn-by-turn navigation system software providing a beneficial feature for the driver to reach the desired destination sent by the control room that shows a visualization map containing some peripherals such as: speed, street name, compass, turn right and left indication, and so on. Lastly, the monitoring system contains four sensors. 1) Temperature sensor indicates the temperature inside the device, and the GSE. 2) Light sensor that measures the luminosity in front of the driver. 3) Accelerometer sensor that measures the GSE’s acceleration along x, y, and z. 4) Smoke sensor indicating any smoke and fire inside the car.
