We managed to get her smile and confidence to the highest level in time and we delivered before her wedding day leaving her highly satisfied and confident. Upon examination, patient had gummy smile and necrotic pulp in upper left central. She refused orthodontic retreatment as we had to finish her treatment plan within one month before her wedding. So we started immediately with scaling and polishing then Root Canal Treatment in the upper left central incisor. Finally, veneer preparation and cementation was performed.
