Item Logical Design of Climate Smart Agriculture for Enhancing Wheat Cultivation and Warehouse(October University for Modern Sciences and Arts, 2024) Gamal Gomaa, Aya; Ezz Eldeen Saber, NadaThe proposed project the climate smart agriculture for enhancing wheat cultivation and warehouse system is used to enhance the experience of the agriculture in egypt specifically the wheat cultivation as it offers a real time monitoring to the wheat climate and environmental conditions of the wheat crop within a greenhouse the type of greenhouse that is used in this system is the Gable Roof greenhouse. Globe roof greenhouse has several advantages as it provides excellent light distribution and natural ventilation needed for boosting the wheat production which is crucial as the wheat is considered the most consumed grain in egypt. The system utilises the IOT technologies as the sensors, camera, MQTT and cloud as the system will be developed on a cloud using platform as a service with specific infrastructure as a service resulting in software on cloud using software as a system. The proposed system will facilitate the monitoring of wheat crops ensuring its health from the cultivation to storing it in the warehouse as the warehouse has RFID that tracks the dates and quantities of the wheat bags to implement the FIFO strategy. By utilising the RFID in the warehouse it prevent the spoilage of wheat bags due to the traditional inventory practices According to Campas.gov, Egypt’s plant production value is 321.8 billion till 2020 and the net income generated from agriculture is 364.6 billion in 2020. The agriculture contribution in Egypt GDP by 245419.80 EGP million, Agriculture is a major component of the Egyptian economy, contributing 11.3% of the country's gross domestic product. Furthermore Egypt has 9.6 million feddan suitable for cultivation.
