dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to examine the relationship between the corporate culture and firm performance. A sample of 30 companies listed in EGX 30 will be used from the year 2016 to 2019. The data for the corporate culture is collected from the companies’ websites and for the firm performance was collected from the companies’ financial statements. Index model, Descriptive analysis, Personal correlation and Regression model are used to collect be used to test the hypothesis. The Results show that there is an insignificant association between the corporate culture and the firm performance.en_US
