Abstract

An online maintenance system is an application that helps the users to repair or maintain their items or electronics by requesting workers like plumbers, carpenters, home appliances repairer and electricians. Users can request for the listed workers at any time, then the worker will arrive according to the given location with his equipment in order to fix what the user ordered him to fix. All of the users will get the same benefit as it will be an application for the common people. Every worker has his own rating so the user can know what he will be dealing with, the worker with high complains and low rating will have to pay a partition, or will be fired. The more the user makes requests from the application the more he will get discounts and promo codes.
