It gets along well to young individuals with successive periods of disease activity. 2 Aggressive bone destruction usually associated with limited plaque and calculus deposits. According to microbial theory, facultative and obligate gram negative anaerobic bacteria as Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans (A.a) and Porphyromonas gingivalis (P.
