Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine asset quality and non-interest income initiatives lead to improved profitability for Egyptian banks, and if so, how they differ from asset quality-based groupings of banks. Although the link between the two variables is positive, This research reveal that there is a statistically significant negative association between asset quality and non-interest income on bank profitability. Furthermore, lower asset quality banks profit more than higher asset quality banks based on many measures of factors. Dynamic estimators and various sample specifications are discovered to have an impact on the results. In this research, the statistical modeling that is being used is the regression analysis. It is used examine H1 the relationship between the asset quality and bank profitability and H2 the relationship between non-interest income and bank profitability
