Scoring and ranking tool for CVs

Abstract

Recently several e orts have been developed to facilitate the recruitment process. Many researchers and organizations have made e orts to establish a program that assists the department of human resources to nd the most suitable candidate that satis es the needs of the organizations. On that basis, this system focuses on scoring job seeker's curriculum vitae based on the entries from the human resource. The primary purpose of developing this system is to optimize an organization's recruitment process.
