Waste reduction is the most important aspect in the lean production so that the manufacturing companies adopt this tool to improve the productivity in its production lines and improve customer satisfaction. The project’s aim and objective are concerned with improving the productivity in harness production factory by reducing time waste. The factory is facing a problem in time balancing; the operations are not done in equal timing which causes time waste problems in utilization and production rate. This project focuses on analyzing different production line stages as defining exactly the main reasons of time waste. A suitable methodology will be applied such as Simo-chart, Ergonomics, and time analysis for the production line to achieve the balance that will help to reduce the time waste and increase the production rateen_US
