Abstract
Secure storage and Privacy protection of medical data have always been a crucial is-
sue for the population during interacting with medical services but now the presence of
blockchain technology brings a new idea to solve this problem as it is decentralized and
immutable. The main idea of this project is to record the medical data like diagnosis,
Medicine prescribed, blood group and more comprehensive data.
