dc.description.abstractPurpose: The purpose of this research is to find the perception of the Egyptian youth towards the grants provided by the Egyptian ministry of communication and information technology Methodology: In this research, the researchers used the two types of data which are secondary, and primary data to collect more information and complete this study successfully. The researchers conducted in-depth interview with experts, and assessing the results of the conducted questionnaires among 147 participants, and the results of this study was conducted by using IBM’s statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS). Findings: In this research the researchers found that there is a strong relationship between benefits of the grants provided and youth perception, also the researchers found that there is a significant difference between perception of youth who took the grant and youth who did not. Implications: this research will help the decision makers in the ministry to focus on providing grants which will help the youth to improve their future career.en_US
