Elevator maintenance system

Abstract

An elevator maintenance/installing application that enables customers to request a certified operator to maintain the elevator or an installer to install a new one, and the operator accepts the request based on his location; upon sign up, the customer provides his/her name, address and number of floors of the building. Customers can schedule a maintenance day based on their preference and have the option to choose from different installers/operators within their area, they can also review all information about the operator/installer such as name, age, gender and address to ensure their safety. They can check the hourly rate of the operators that works in their area and sign monthly maintenance contracts and pay online or by cash. Customers can also review operators rating and also provide his/her own rating. Company can monitor the operators’ performance and notify them of spare parts availability.
