In order to continue and complete this thesis, we would like to show our heartfelt gratitude and respect to Dr. Marawan Abdelbaset, Researcher of Pharmacology, Department of Pharmacology, Medical Research, and Clinical Studies Institute, National Research Centre. We value his wise counsel, helpful criticism, and unwavering support. He has been a patient teacher, and we have benefited greatly from him.
