Item The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Work Force Productivity in the Telecommunication Companies (Applied on Vodafone Egypt)(MSA, 2022) Abdel Hakim Ahmed, Ahmed; Asser, Ahmed; Ashraf Shahin, Ahmed; Mohamed, NadaPurpose: The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of artificial intelligence on workforce productivity in the telecommunication sector. Methodology: To complete this research successfully, the researchers used a primary and secondary data through conducting in depth interviews with a convenient sample and by using articles to measure the relationship between variables by assessing the results of questionnaires distributed among 293 employees by using SMART PLS and statistical package for the social science (SPSS). Findings: The research found that there is a significant relationship between artificial intelligence and workforce productivity. The research also found that there is a significant relationship between artificial intelligence and unemployment and negative relationship between artificial intelligence and service quality. Research Implications: Artificial intelligence can dramatically improve the efficiencies of our workplaces and can augment the work humans can do. Managers should apply AI as it supports new capabilities and business model expansion. It also leads to better customer service, better quality and reduction of human error. Furthermore, Using AI, people will be able to spend more time on exceptional work.
