Abstract

A female patient came to the outpatient clinic at the faculty of dentistry, MSA university seeking a solution for her unesthetic smile. Upon examination we found several decayed dentition and defective teeth structure. We started by I. full gum and periodontal treatment and emphasizing on oral hygiene measures. II. Restoration for the decayed dentition. III. Restoring the upper six anterior teeth. Strict oral hygiene instructions were given to her and regular follow up visits were planned.
