Abstract
Nowadays the biological information is important more than ever because of the diseases that affect the human race and killing huge number of them and humanity has lived cruel disasters related to the diseases across the history no one could ever forget the Spanish flu which led to the death of more than fifty million people at the time in one of the most painful tragedy in the history of humanity that is why more money and effort spent and still is for the experiments, research facilities and new discoveries to protect the humanity from pandemics,
Although a lot of medicines has been made that help fighting against diseases but still the danger is not so far and the most screaming proof on that is the Covid-19 pandemic or corona virus which spread all over the world and cause the death of more than five hundred thousand people and infected more than twelve million and these numbers are rising because the world don’t know how to deal with it yet and we could not find the cure until now.
That’s why there will always be many research and solutions proposed all the time. This thesis talks about one of the problem which is the protein folding problem and trying to find the solution for such an important topic and safe a lot of money and effort for the scientists and researchers not only but also may be inventing new drugs or decode the genetic code fore some of the diseases nowadays as a the medical field need to evolve all the time.
