dc.description.abstractFractal dimension is a ratio that provides statistical index that describes the changes of pattern of a specific shape at the scale at which it is measured. The idea of fractured dimensions was brought up in 1975, about a decade after his first publication on self- similarity in which he discussed the terms fractional dimensions [below] [below]. In which he discussed how the measure is affected by changing the scales of the scaling sticks.en_US
