Abstract

Oral health and aesthetics became the prime concern for society for being part of their psychological confidence and esteemed personality. A tour guide came to the outpatient clinic at MSA University seeking a solution for his anterior teeth, spacing and discoloration. A treatment plan was made as follows: • Diagnostic manual wax up followed by motivational mock testing function, esthetics and phonetics has been made and the patient was satisfied about the outcome from the provisional restoration. • Guided preparation through the mock-up has been made for the upper six anterior teeth and lithium di-silicate (Emax) veneers were constructed and cemented. The patient was very satisfied about the final outcome as we were able to establish his psychological rapport and confidence at work as a tour guide.
