Building a web-based chatbot

Abstract

The main idea of this project is to study the requirements needed to design and implement an efficient self-service chatbot. The development process will be including AI technology, machine learning and Natural language processing. The main objective of this project is to enhance the communication methods between users of the chatbot and the business adapting the chatbot technology as an advanced and efficient method of communication. Moreover, the project aims to enhance the accuracy and the time spent completing tasks thus improving efficiency and productivity of workflow.
