Full mouth reconstruction has always been challenging to the prosthodontist in order to obtain the acceptable achievable treatment that satisfies our patients. A 54-year-old female patient came to MSA clinics seeking help for restoring severely decayed and lost dentition. Full mouth reconstruction started by: 1. Removal of all carious lesions and stabilizing the bite. 2. Surgical extraction of non-restorable teeth 3. Rehabilitation by implants, fixed and removable prosthesis. It took over a year and half to obtain the optimum result and the patient is regularly called for follow-up appointments.en_US
