Abstract

68 years old female patient came to MSA outpatient clinics seeking treatment for her severely worn out teeth and replacement of her lost dentition. The patient as directed for treatment as follows: I. Restorative treatment for all decayed dentition. II. Endodontic therapy for the exposed dentition. III. Motivational mockup and temporary Removable Partial Denture to stabilize the occlusion for 3 months. IV. Prosthodontic rehabilitation by fixed restorations for upper arch dentition. V. Implant supported fixed screw retained restoration replacing the lower edentulous area. Finally, our final outcome for restoring function and aesthetic has been achieved, the patient was satisfied by the service presented for her and follow-up visits was scheduled
