First, a literature framework is detailed with all the theories and types of price discrimination throughout the years. It is a strategy that is used worldwide by so many companies and firms, but this paper studies specifically the activity of the major player in the Egyptian steel industry; Ezz steel. The research resulted in; that there is no price discrimination, activities are implied in the industry currently by the companies due to the interference of the government. First, it will go through the main concept of informal markets and the four main schools of thoughts, then the history of informal sector in Egypt and China since the 1970s' and the causes and effects of such phenomena. Also, it will go through the effect of informal sector on economic growth of a country and the characteristics of informal sector in any country. The paper suggests some solutions to overcome the problems of informal sector. Tourism is also a sensitive industry based on security and safety issues when attracting tourists from all over the world. In 2015, the Mediterranean region was the first world tourism destination with more than 250 million people in arrivals and 200,000 million dollar in receipts, due to the presence of the leading North shore destinations (France, Spain, Greece and Italy) and South-East shore countries (Egypt, Turkey and Tunisia) (UNWTO, 2016).
