Item Effect of dentin contamination with two hemostatic agents on bond strength of resin-modified glass ionomer cement with different conditioning(JAPANESE SOC DENTAL MATERIALS DEVICES, 2019) Saad, Amr; Inoue, GO; Nikaido, Toru; Abdou, Ahmed M. A.; Sayed, Mahmoud; Burrow, Michael F.; Tagami, JunjiThis study evaluated the effect of two hemostatic agents on bond strength of resin-modified glass ionomer cement (RMGIC) to root dentin after using different pretreatment solutions compared to resin composite with a 2-step self-etch adhesive. Dentin specimens were either uncontaminated or contaminated with a ferric sulphate or aluminum chloride astringent, RMGIC was applied after conditioning with; Cavity Conditioner, Self Conditioner or Clearfil SE Primer, while a resin composite was bonded using Clearfil SE Bond. Microtensile bond strength (mu TBS) values and failure modes were determined. Two-way ANOVA revealed that hemostatic agents did not significantly affect the RMGIC bond strength with any conditioning material (p>0.05). SE Primer pretreatment provided the highest mu TBS values among RMGIC groups. For the resin composite, ferric sulphate astringent significantly reduced mu TBS value (p <= 0.001). Scanning electron micrographs of representative dentin surfaces contaminated with the hemostatic agents showed effects on smear layer removal and dentinal tubule occlusion.Item The effect of service quality on customer satisfaction applied on toll station on the new bridges and roads in Egypt(MSA, 2022) Saad, Amr; Ashraf, Rana; Ayman, YassminThis research is aiming to study ‘The effect of service quality on customer satisfaction applied on toll station of new bridges and roads in Egypt’. The researchers used primary and secondary data, as well as academic articles that were previously published discussing ‘The effect of service quality on customer satisfaction applied on toll station of new bridges and roads in Egypt’ in different manners. In depth interviews were conducted by the researchers with 3 experts in the field of road engineering, in order to gain insight about ‘The effect of service quality on customer satisfaction applied on toll station of new bridges and roads in Egypt’’. An online questionnaire was formed and answered by 173 respondents from both genders’ males and females with the purpose of gaining their insight about the topic of service quality on the new roads and bridges in Egypt. Finally, the data obtained were analyzed through SPSS and Smart PLS. The findings of this research indicates that the security of roads, use of technology and service quality affects the customer satisfaction towards the quality of the roads and bridges in Egypt.
