Item The Impact of E-commerce on Business Growth (Applied on Areej Aromatherapy Company)(MSA UNIVERSITY, 2021) Saeed Farrag, Nour; Mohamed Elhossany, Ahmed; Wael Mostafa, Mohamed; Mohamed abdelmoneam, WafaaPurpose: The purpose of the research is to measure the Impact of the E-commerce on Business Growth applied on Areej aromatherapy company. Methodology: In order to collect additional information and properly complete this research, the researchers employed two types of data: secondary and primary data. The researchers used previous articles to measure the relationship between Ecommerce and business growth for the secondary data, and for the primary data, they conducted in-depth interviews with experts, assessing the results of the conducted questionnaires among 195 participants, and the findings of this study were conducted using IBM's statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS). Findings: In this research the researchers found that there a strong positive relationship between E-commerce and (business crises, sales growth) and moderate relationship between E-commerce and human resource management. Implications: Investigating the impact of ecommerce on business growth. , and how E-commerce is very beneficial for businesses to grow rapidly ,increase their sales and in attracting a large number of customers and the effect of E-commerce on human management resource and its effect on sales during the pandemic.
