Abstract:
Purpose: The purpose of this research is to investigate the factors affecting digital marketing and how it business expansion.
Methodology: To complete this research successfully, the researchers used a
combination of primary and secondary data through conducting in depth interviews
with a convenient sample and by using previous researches and articles to measure
the relationship between the variables by assessing the results of questionnaires
distributed among 150 participants using IBM's statistical package for the social
sciences (SPSS)
Findings: The researchers found that there is a positive relationship between digital marketing and businesses expansion, like the positive impact of digital platforms on SME’s market entry, impact of digital platforms and SME’s performance, and the impact of digital platforms on competitive advantage.
Implications: Investigating factors which can affect digital marketing
is very important nowadays. In order to know how to increase the
business expansion in starting a new business as it can reduce the high unemployment rates
and will also have a positive impact on the economic, social and political matters.
