Abstract:
This research aims to examine the relationship impact of working conditions which are long working hours, workplace and workload on the turnover intentions in the Egyptian Pharmaceutical industry through GNP company. As it has negative consequences such as increase the turnover rate, absenteeism and the stress of the employees and decrease in the employee performance, goal achievement and job satisfaction. This research is essential for the pharmaceutical companies to explore the impact of the working conditions on its employees' turnover intentions to establish a plan enhancing healthy working conditions to the employees' intention to leave. This research is a descriptive research employing one method which is a questionnaire with 51 employees. This research is divided into five chapters, introduction, literature review, methodology, results and discussion. This research finds that there is a positive relation between working conditions and turnover intentions.
يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة تأثير العلاقة بين ظروف العمل التي تتمثل في ساعات العمل الطويلة ومكان العمل وعبء العمل على نوايا ترك موظفين المبيعات العمل في مجال صناعة الأدوية المصرية عن طريق شركة GNP. حيث أن لها عواقب سلبية مثل زيادة معدل الدوران ، والتغيب ،وضغوط الموظفين ، وانخفاض أداء الموظف ، وتحقيق الهدف والرضا الوظيفي. هذا البحث ضروري لشركات الأدوية ؛ لاستكشاف تأثير ظروف العمل على نوايا ترك الموظفين عملهم ، ويساعد هذا البحث ايضًا على وضع خطة محكمه لتحسين ظروف العمل بالشركة وجعلها صحية لتجنب مغادرة الموظفين للشركة. هذا البحث هو بحث وصفي يستخدم طريقة واحدة وهي استبانة 51 موظفا. ينقسم هذا البحث إلى خمسة فصول ، مقدمة ، مراجعة الأدبيات ، المنهجية ، النتائج والمناقشة. نتيجة هذا البحث أن هناك علاقة إيجابية بين ظروف العمل ونوايا الموطفين لمغادرة الشركة
