Design of Information System to Manage Laboratory operations of patients, doctors and Lab physicians = تصميم لنظام المعلومات لإدارة عمليات المرضى والأطباء وأطباء المختبرات

Abstract

This project is undertaken to plan, design and develop information system to manage Laboratory Operations of patients, doctors and Lab physicians (Laboratory Information Management System “LIMS”). First, there is a Business case which includes product scope , Laboratory information management system definition, system objectives and goals, summary of system functions and target beneficial, project boundaries and project assumptions , source of need and expected demand size in Egypt. Features of the system contains theoretical background of the system and the functional requirements statements and a referential study for two already marketplace systems to compare between those systems and my system, Data flow diagram and its documentation to represent a flow of data through a process or a system, entity–relationship diagram (ERD) to represent real-world entities and the relationship between them, the OOAD steps and role of the UML modeling, Use-Case Diagram that is a representation of a user's interaction with the system , class diagram which describes the structure of a system, sequence diagram which shows object interactions arranged in time sequence, Activity diagram is a flowchart to represent the flow from one activity to another activity. Afterwards, there is the needed technology and IT infrastructure proposed. Then the validation test which includes forward and backward traceability and verification test which includes :Use-case and functional requirements tractability, Use-case and DFD (0-level) tractability, Traceability of the 0-level DFD and use-case with the ERD, Traceability of Use case and Class diagram, Traceability of the sequence diagram with the Class Diagram and Use case. After that I added the screens dialog and the prototype to show how my system will work in real life .Lastly, the future development work paragraph is added. تم تنفيذ هذا المشروع كمشروع تخرج في السنة النهائية لبكالوريوس نظم المعلومات الإدارية (MIS) الذي تقدمه جامعة العلوم الحديثة والآداب (MSA) ، مصر. حيث يتم تنفيذ هذا المشروع لتخطيط وتصميم وتطوير نظام المعلومات لإدارة العمليات المعملية من المرضى والأطباء وأطباء المختبرات (نظام إدارة معلومات المختبر "LIMS"). أولاً ، حالة العمل والتي تتضمن نطاق المنتج ، وتعريف نظام إدارة المعلومات المخبرية ، وأهداف النظام ، وملخص وظائف النظام و المستفيد المستهدف ، وحدود المشروع وافتراضاته ، ومصدر الحاجة وحجم الطلب المتوقع له في مصر. و أيضاً خصائص النظام التي تحتوي على الخلفية النظرية للنظام وبيانات المتطلبات الوظيفية ودراسة مرجعية لنظامين في سوق العمل بالفعل للمقارنة بين تلك الأنظمة ونظامي، مخطط تدفق البيانات(data flow diagram) لتمثيل تدفق البيانات من خلال عمليات النظام ،Entity-relationship diagram (ERD) لتمثيل كيانات العالم الحقيقي والعلاقة بينها ، خطوات OOAD ودور نمذجة (UML)،Entity-relationship diagram و يمثل تفاعل المستخدم مع النظام ، class diagram الذي يصف هيكل النظام ، sequence diagram الذي يوضح تفاعلات الكائنات مرتبة في تسلسل زمني ، Activity diagram هو مخطط انسيابي لتمثيل التدفق من نشاط إلى نشاط آخر. بعد ذلك ، هناك التكنولوجيا اللازمة والبنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات المقترحة. ثم اختبار التحقق من الصحة الذي يشمل التتبع الأمامي والخلفي واختبار التحقق الذي يشمل: Use-case and functional requirements traceability , Use-case and DFD (0-level) tractability, Traceability of the 0-level DFD and use-case with the ERD, Traceability of Use case and Class diagram, Traceability of the sequence diagram with the Class Diagram and Use case. بعد ذلك أضفت مربع حوار الشاشات والنموذج الأولي لإظهار كيف سيعمل نظامي في الحياة الواقعية ، وأخيرًا تمت إضافة فقرة عمل التطوير المستقبلي.
