The objective of any CRM is to improve and grow any business by helping those business to stay on top of their customers and connected to them in a streamline process to improve the profitability and also their relationship with the customers, suppliers and everything related to the business. This system aims to enhance efficiency of real estate agents and minimizing margin of error that they experience during their work. It also provide a detailed marketing strategy for units based on reports generated by the marketer of the market analysis. Furthermore the system generate to the admin reports of the agents performance and helps the admins to keep track the overall performance of the whole agency.
