The project’s aim and objective are concerned with improving the productivity in harness production factory by reducing time waste. The factory is facing a problem in time balancing; the operations are not done in equal timing which causes time waste problems in utilization and production rate. This project focuses on analyzing different production line stages as defining exactly the main reasons of time waste.
