An Empirical analysis was applied on 23 Company Listed on Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX30) during the period from 2015 to 2021.The independent variable which is Intellectual capital was measured by MV equity minus BV equity. The dependent variables which are firm value measured by Tobins’Q and financial performance was measured by current ratio.
