Upon clinical and radiographic examination, the posterior ridge was severely resorbed. Thus, the All-On-Four concept was indicated for this case. A CAD-CAM surgical guide was digitally designed and constructed in order to perform computer guided 4 implant placement using flapless surgical technique.
