Pallet loads are used for mass shipping, distributing or consolidating tiny products to larger packages easy to handle. The project objective is to design and manufacture a prototype of can palletizing machine that simulate the real application for automatic machine. Data collection of a facility of cans production line will be done to collect data concerning can dimensions and weight. This collected data will be used for design purposes. The palletizing machine will save a lot of money, time and effort and insure a continuous automatic process without any obstacles. The use of pallets as a base for unit loads offers many benefits compared to un-palletized handling that result from the more efficient handling of goods.
