The collected data was from annual reports and financial statements from selected firms. The period from (2015 to 2020). To test the hypotheses, we used the software SPSS that include descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. We have measured firm performance by Return on Assets (ROA) and measured firm value by Tobin’s q. on the other hand, we have measured working capital by four measurements which are net working capital ratio, quick ratio, cash conversion cycle and cash ratio.
