The researchers conducted in-depth interview with experts, and assessing the results of the conducted questionnaires among 147 participants, and the results of this study was conducted by using IBM’s statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS). Findings: In this research the researchers found that there is a strong relationship between benefits of the grants provided and youth perception, also the researchers found that there is a significant difference between perception of youth who took the grant and youth who did not.
