In this study, some novel 1,3,4-thiadiazole derivatives bearing thiazole ring were synthesized and screened for cytotoxic activity and selectivity against breast (MCF-7), liver (HepG2), and normal (Vero) cell lines using 5-Fluorouracil as a positive control.
