The patient as directed for treatment as follows: I. Restorative treatment for all decayed dentition. II. Endodontic therapy for the exposed dentition. III. Motivational mockup and temporary Removable Partial Denture to stabilize the occlusion for 3 months. IV. Prosthodontic rehabilitation by fixed restorations for upper arch dentition. V. Implant supported fixed screw retained restoration replacing the lower edentulous area.
