The antitumor evaluation of the newly synthesized products against three cancer cell lines, namely breast adenocarcinoma (MCF-7), non-small cell lung cancer (NCI-H460) and CNS cancer (SF-268) were recorded. Most of the synthesized compounds showed high inhibitory effects. 2010 by the authors.English1,3,4-triazineAntitumorHydrazide-hydrazonePyridazinePyridineacetohydrazideacetophenoneacetophenone derivativeantineoplastic agentheterocyclic compoundhydrazine derivativepyridinepyridine derivativetriazine derivativeacetophenone derivativeantineoplastic agentheterocyclic compoundhydrazine derivativearticlechemistrydrug screeninghumanstructure activity relationsynthesistumor cell culturechemistrysynthesisAcetophenonesAntineoplastic AgentsDrug Screening Assays, AntitumorHeterocyclic CompoundsHumansHydrazinesPyridinesStructure-Activity RelationshipTriazinesTumor Cells, CulturedAcetophenonesAntineoplastic AgentsDrug Screening Assays, AntitumorHeterocyclic CompoundsHumansHydrazinesPyridinesStructure-Activity RelationshipTriazinesTumor Cells, CulturedThe Reaction of Cyanoacetylhydrazine with ω-Bromo(4-methyl)acetophenone: Synthesis of Heterocyclic Derivatives with Antitumor ActivityArticlehttps://doi.org/10.3390/molecules15053602PubMed ID 20657502
