It has been observed over time that technology is evolving every tool, machine, method ...etc. that we might have faced during our life-time, and applying technology in the agriculture field isn’t no longer a goal, but an already going process that provides many of solution to the modern farmers, and that is by adding technology to their methods to make it easier, or even create completely new methods that haven’t been an option before technology implementation on it. It has been observed that farmers bear huge financial losses due to incorrect management of farms and wrong choice of irrigation methods for growing any plants, fruits and vegetables. With the evolution in the Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN), it is possible to remotely monitor and automatically control all the parameters of the precision agriculture by using high-bandwidth spectrum or cognitive radio technology. In the recent times, implementation of Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) has become very popular. This is due to the low cost and sustainability of WSNs. WSN makes it easier to monitor farms regardless farming types. WSN was one of the used technologies, which is concerned with connecting sensors together through a communication method to share the data with the observer. It wasn’t only used upon soil farms, but also hydroponic ones. And throughout trying the WSN technology it has shown its efficiency and capability multiple times, so after seeing all the results it can provide and the options it provides, beside its low cost and easiness of usage, it haven’t been used in Egypt but only in other countries.enuniversity of modern sciences and artsMSA universityOctober university for modern sciences and artsجامعة أكتوبر للعلوم الحديثة و الأدابWirelessfarming monitoring systemWireless Sensor Networks based remote farming monitoring systemOther
