Methods: This In vitro study aimed at first for the isolation of MSCs from dental pulp tissue by enzyme digestion method and expanding them in culture. Second, studying of the immune phenotype of stem cells by flow cytometric analysis when exposed to surface modified scaffolds used for tissue regeneration. Data was reported as mean ± standard error. Statistical analysis was performed using Microsoft (MS) Office Excel Software. One-way ANOVA was used to asses for differences between groups, and p values were calculated by Student’s t-test. Differences were considered statistically significant if the p-value was less than 0.05 Data was reported as mean ± standard error.enOctober University for Modern Sciences and ArtsUniversity of Modern Sciences and ArtsMSA Universityجامعة أكتوبر للعلوم الحديثة والآدابMesenchymal stem cellsRegenerative MedicineMicrobiologyAdvantages of Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) in Regenerative Medicineتطوير استخدام الخلايا الجذعية الوسيطة فى الطب التجديدىOther
