An empirical analysis was applied on nine commercial banks listed on egyptian stock exchange index (EGX100), during the period from 2017 till 2021. The independent variable was financial risk management, measured by credit risk, liquidity risk, market risk and operational risk. The dependent variable was financial performance, measured by return on asset (ROA) and return on equity (ROE). The results showed that there is a significant relationship between credit risk, liquidity risk and market risk and financial performance, while there is an insignificant relationship between operational risk and financial performance.enuniversity of modern sciences and artsMSA universityOctober university for modern sciences and artsجامعة أكتوبر للعلوم الحديثة و الأدابFinancial risk managementfinancial performanceROAcredit riskliquidty riskmarket riskoperational riskROE.The Impact of Financial Risk Management Practices on Financial Performance: Evidence from Commercial Banks in EgyptOther
