A sample of 20 companies were taken from companies listed in Egyptian stock for the period from 2014 to 2018. Measurements and data were collected from annual reports of the companies. Data were analyzed using correlation regression and techniques run using SPSS in order to test the hypothesis. The study revealed significant effect of leverage on firm value.
